Returns & Replacement Policy

For All Orders

Due to the customized nature of our products, returns and replacements are only applicable in cases of manufacturing defects or incorrect items received.

Return & Replacement Eligibility

To be eligible:

  • Notify us within 24 hr of receiving the product
  • Provide photo evidence of damage/defect
  • Product must be unused and in original packaging
  • We do 100% qc before dispatching the product from us

Non-returnable items:

  • Custom-engraved trophies or plaques
  • Bulk-manufactured orders without defects

Replacements (if applicable)

We will replace defective items at no extra cost.

We are not responsible for any damage that happens after the order is picked up from us.

Customers are responsible for picking up their items from our office premises
